Abstract

Employee performance is a key determinant of company success, particularly in the manufacturing
sector which relies heavily on human resource efficiency. This study analyzes employee
performance in the Operation & QA Division of PT Indorama Ventures Sustainable Solutions
Indonesia using the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) method through five indicators: attendance,
productivity, work quality, teamwork, and compliance with procedures. A descriptive quantitative
non-statistical approach was applied with documentation, interview, and observation techniques,
involving all 10 production operators through saturated sampling. The results indicate variations in
achievement, where some employees exceeded company standards in productivity and work
quality, while others remained below average. Attendance showed significant differences, while
teamwork and compliance were generally good but required more consistency. The findings
confirm that KPI is effective for providing measurable and objective evaluation, and suggest the
need for more targeted human resource development strategies, particularly in discipline, work
quality equalization, incentives, and continuous training to enhance competitiveness.
